🚀 Peter Woolley (LinkedIn Link) shares his thoughts from attending our Designing Agile Organizations course in Sydney, Australia! 🌟
Kia ora, my name is Peter Woolley I currently have a contract at Tuatahi First Fibre, based in Hamilton, Waikato, New Zealand. This has been a fantastic course here over the last two days in Sydney, Australia. I've learned a lot, particularly the submarine model and organizational design and how we can have feedback loops in there and I'm really excited about taking it back to New Zealand and working with it and yeah ... I'd recommend it for those in senior management roles and people leaders, not necessarily in technology. You could come and learn it if you're outside of technology and if you may be a little hung up on the agile word. Just think of it as being adaptive instead. Thank you.
🌟 Michelle De Guzman (LinkedIn link) shares her impressions about our recent Designing Agile Organizations course in Sydney, Australia! 💥
Hi, my name is Michelle, and I am an agile practice manager for an insurance company. Some of the key highlights of today's course have really been about... not only was it practical and provided me with technical tools to take back to my organization but it really showed a level of understanding around how and why people behave in certain ways. And it really helps in targeting those areas you need to improve before actually jumping into the design. In terms of who I'd recommend this course for ... look, any kind of people—leaders, senior management—those with real influence... but also if you are passionate about wanting to make a change in your organization with regards to how it's designed, I recommend you do the course because you'll get a lot out of it as well as practical approaches to how to get started.

It was a fantastic experience. Aside from providing me with a simple and practical understanding of agile organizations, the DAO course opened my eyes to how all of the organizational elements of my own company are interconnected and how I can choose from a variety of organizational solutions to make them work in synergy with my business strategy.
  • Cristin Williamson

I was surprised by the DAO training. My initial scepticism was completely dispelled when I realized how logical the proposed approach is. Everyone can use it to create a framework that is best suited to their specific business context. There is no longer a need for numerous and costly framework consultants and certifications.
  • James Smith
    Enterprise Agility Coach | UK
I believe DAO offers excellent learning opportunities because it is both powerful and understandable. All of the numerous failures of agile transformations that I have witnessed make a lot of sense now. Their causes are now clear, as are the strategies I could employ to assist them in not only avoiding failures but also maximising the benefits of becoming truly adaptable.
